All our jewelry is in-house made, where we have expressly talented and experienced craftsmen. Their work is distinct and features a high level of finesse. Our jewelry has been crafted by the best synergy of modern machines and human perfection.

Do you offer any additional discounts?

No, we do not offer any extra discounts. Our all our prices are lower than most stores. Our products are directly from the manufacturer and with no overheads like rent, inventory costs, etc. We are able to pass on this benefit to all our customers by way of honest and competitive prices.

I can't find the piece I required on the site anymore. Can I still order it?

It might so happen that we discontinue certain pieces or transfer it to some other page. However, we will try our best and make it available for you. Contact us if you face any such problem or to know more about this.

Does Jewelry Diamond Expo sell Conflict Free diamonds?

Rest assured, Jewelry Diamond Expo uses only conflict-free diamonds which are obtained from legitimate diamond sources that have been certified through the worldwide recognized Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (KPCS). Contact us to know more about conflict free diamonds.

Can I commission a custom design?

Please call our Customer Support Team and they will be able to help you. You can customize both precious metal and diamond online as per your choice.

Can I get the jewelry in a different gemstone or metal not offered on Jewelry Diamond Expo?

Please contact our Customer Support Team and they will help you with possible choices.

Do pendants come with the chain?

Yes, we do have a selection of chains to offer you. After you select a pendant, click on 'Buy Now'. This will take you to the shopping bag, where details of your pendant will be given along with an option to browse for chains. Please note, that the price mentioned near the pendant is for the pendant only, you would need to buy the chain for it separately.
After selecting your pendant, please click on "BUY NOW" and then browse for your preferred precious metal chains.

What if I don't know the ring size?

Do you have middle men charges?

We've taken care to ensure we avoid any costing involved in traditional showroom, so that your purchase reaches you without any middlemen involved, encouraging quality delivery.

What will my packing be like?

Your purchased jewelry will arrive in exclusive Jewelry Diamond Expo gift boxes.

Is my jewelry authentic and certified?

Yes we can arrange a duplicate for you but it is chargeable. It will come with copy/duplicate written across the certificate as a watermark.

Can I re-size my Ring?

In case your ring does not fit well, we will be happy to replace it with a new ring in the new size, with free to and fro shipping. If it is a bigger ring you require, we will only charge you the additional price of the new ring, as listed on our website. For a smaller ring, we will be happy to refund you the additional amount paid by you while placing the initial order. This is applicable on re-sizing requests received within 30 days of shipping date.

Are your prices lower than a local jewelry store?

Absolutely! Our products are offered with no overheads like rent and inventory costs, so we happily pass on the profit to our customers.

Can you help me keep the purchased item a surprise?

We love surprises and we'd love to help you. First, you need to think about where you'd like the Jewelry Diamond Expo item to be delivered, we require a signature for delivery regardless of any waivers you have from FedEx. This requirement is for your protection, but we understand that they may interfere with your surprise. You can call at xxxxx or email us at xxxxx to arrange a FedEx delivery location (like a neighbor who's in on the surprise or your work place, etc.) that will keep the secret safe. What is the estimated delivery time?

Our delivery date depends on the product selected as well as the shipping address provided by you. We have several products under the Same Day Shipping section. These are ready to ship products and will be delivered to your address within 2 to 10 business days. You may browse these products here: Express Delivery
The rest of our products are 'Made to Order' and it takes us more than usual to safely deliver your ordered items. This includes the time taken to individually handcraft each product and ship it to your delivery address. Please Contact Us for any questions related this.

How will the delivery be done?

We process the delivery through FedEx. Please check if we deliver to your address/pin code. If there is no courier service available in your area, we do apologize for the inconvenience caused.

How safe is my product?

Your product is shipped in durable, tamper-proof packing that ensures that the contents remain intact. Item is fully insured till it reaches your doorstep, and we only work with reputed and established courier services like FedEx for orders. Please do not accept if your package is tampered.

Can I change my shipping address after I have place an order?

Until your order is ready to be shipped, you can change the shipping address. Please contact our Customer Support Team at +1-415-391-6820 for assistance.
For orders that are ready for dispatch, we will be able to reship it to your new address as soon as the consignment is returned back to us.

How do I track my order after it has been shipped?

How do I make a payment for a Jewelry Diamond Expo purchase?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, bank wire payment, installment payments and you can also combine your bankcard and financing. However all our engagement ring prices are flexibly low cost when compared to any other of our competitors, as we cannot encourage any negotiated prices. All collected details remain confidential and private.

Are there any hidden costs?

There are no hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The total price mentioned on the product page next to the photograph is the final price. What you see is what you pay.

Prices on Jewelry Diamond Expo are subject to change without notice. Please expect to be charged the price for the Jewelry Diamond Expo merchandise you buy as it is listed on the day of purchase.

Merchandise Returns and Refunds

What is your Return Policy?

Our promise to you does not end at delivery. Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from when they were shipped. To be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition and include all product documentation.

Will I have to pay for shipping the product back to you?

We offer FREE Return Shipping. You'll get complimentary return shipping on all resizing, exchanges, or refunds for all products.

What cannot be returned within 30 days?

Engraved jewelry items, other than rings, may not be returned. All Jewelry Diamond Expo engraved rings may be returned for credit, but the engraving fee will not be refunded. The removal of Jewelry Diamond Expo engraving from any exchanged or resized ring is free with no additional engraving fee. Special orders are final sale and are not eligible for return.

How do I return the product to Jewelry Diamond Expo within 30days?

Can I return an item that was given to me as a gift?

Yes, we are happy to exchange it for merchandise credit within 30 days of purchase. Place the gift in its original packaging with the receipt (if available) and follow the return instructions. Your refund will be credited to you in the form of a Jewelry Diamond Expo gift certificate.

How long will it take Jewelry Diamond Expo to process my return?

On the average, about 4-5 business days from the time we received your item, enter it into our system, and pass it along to our Quality Assurance department. For returned items, please allow an additional 2-3 days before the outbound package is shipped.

Will Jewelry Diamond Expo update me during the return process?

Yes. You'll receive an e-mail from us alerting you that your return has been received, then another one alerting you it's been passed along to our Quality Assurance department. For returned items, we'll send you an e-mail with a shipping confirmation on the day it ships.

Can I track the status of my return order?

YYes. Go to Return Status to check the status of your delivery in real time.

How long will it take to get refunds, if any?

Please allow us 3-5 business days from the time of the confirmation e-mail for the funds to reach your account, from there, processing time may vary depending on your credit card company's funds transfer policy. For global credits, allow up to 7 additional days.

After Purchase Questions

Do you match prices if an item I purchased goes down in price later?

All sales prices are final and Jewelry Diamond Expo does not price match. All our pricing is calculated using current precious metal and gem prices to give you the best possible value. These prices do change from time to time and our prices do too.

What happens if the ring I bought doesn't fit?

We offer complimentary ring resizing within 30 days from shipping date. If the design doesn't permit resizing, we will replace the ring free of cost with a new ring of the new size. Beyond 30 days from date of shipping, if the design permits, we can resize the ring for a small charge.

What if there is a problem with my purchase?

If there are any problems with the quality of the workmanship of your piece we'll repair it free of charge and pay the shipping too. If you damage a piece, we'll repair it for you for a very reasonable fee plus shipping: we want you to enjoy your piece, not have it sitting in a box! If you are still not satisfied with product, you can return the product to us within 30 days, we have a 30-day No questions asked Money Back Policy.

Can I take a ring to my local jeweler to have it resized?

Of course, but we don't recommend it. We can't accept returns of items that have been modified by someone else. Having someone else work on a piece also voids the 30 day money back and lifetime exchange policy, because these kinds of modifications, when done incorrectly, can damage the gems or the strength of the setting.

How do I clean and care for my Jewelry Diamond Expo Jewelry?

To clean a lightly-soiled diamond, run a bowl of lukewarm water with a little washing-up liquid and use a soft old toothbrush to gently remove any dirt. If a diamond is more heavily soiled, then it would be advisable to take it to trusted diamond jewelry to be cleaned ultrasonically.
