Free 30-Days Return Policy
We are offering complimentary 30 day returns, so that you can ensure your purchased item is perfect for you or not. Due to any reason you are not 100% happy with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days for an exchange or full refund. We are providing free return shipping on all our items along with free FedEx return shipping label, so that your return procedure is faultless and trouble-free.
We are also offering complimentary resizes. Within 30 days of shipment we are offering one complimentary resizing along with free shipping both ways. Please note our perpetual rings cannot be resized due to their design. We charge resize fee that are custom, engraved and altered rings. Outside of the 30 day complimentary resize time, rings can also be resized for a charge when within jeweler’s suggested sizing range. We are also offering complimentary resizing for our vintage collections, only within the online sizing lenience listed for each ring. To maintain rings structural integrity, particular vintage rings and rings in our unusual collection are ultimate sale if they are resized. For vintage and unusual rings that are final sale if resized are marked clearly when a ring size is selected. Any subsequent resizes at the time of purchase are chargeable. We are offering only free ring sizes or free returns only for domestic users due to potential taxes being imposed.
If you decided to return your purchased item, please note that the item you are going returned should be in original, unworn condition and accompanied by all original documentation that you received at the time of item delivery. The items that excluded from return policy are custom rings, modified or resized products and also items that are exchanged previously. If an item is returned for a refund or canceled at the time of production, exchange or refund will be applicable to your next purchase. If any item is under process of alteration it won’t be applicable for return, resize and exchange policies. Our 30 day return/exchange period starts on the date that your order was first accessible to ship.
Things to Follow Before Returning Your Product
The below mentioned factors must be followed without fail before you return your product:
- To activate your return policy you should have the return shipping authorization code. Call us at +1 415-391-6820 and get your return authorization code and appeal your free FedEx return shipping label. Write that obtained code on the exterior of your returning package.
- Each returning or exchanging product should be with original packaging and accompanying materials, including the packing slip and all diamond certificates (failing of returning certificates will be charged).
- Items returned for resizes won’t require original certificates and accompanying materials. For safety reasons, don’t write anything on the package.
- If you don’t have your original package with you, use the FedEx box to place your item. We and FedEx won’t take any responsibility for returning packages dropped off in FedEx Drop Boxes or Non-FedEx boxes. Acquire a FedEx receipt to confirm that the product has been shipped - this receipt will act as evidence of insurance.
- If want to use any other shipping method, you have an option to ship the product back by any carrier. For your safety, please ship your item with full assurance, required signature, and a requested return receipt for authentication that your shipment has arrived at us. We are not responsible, if products are lost or damaged while return shipping.
Once your product reached us from return, our Quality Assurance department will examine and confirm the product condition. Returns take more or less seven working days to process upon receipt of the product. Refund amounts will be issued via the payment method used in the original purchase, or if the payment method is done via cash, bank wire or any other payments will undergo special processing methods. If any international purchases are done by using bank wire, the refunded will be in USD. Sometimes price fluctuations may happen between the time of purchase and refund, while we are not responsible for dissimilarities happened in refund amounts due to that fluctuations.
Refund will not be applicable for packages without a return shipping authorization number. Return shipping authorizations has time period and the packages should be shipped within the mentioned time period. The time duration of return shipping authorization will be seven days and it will be activated from the date of issue. If your return shipping authorization has ended, please contact us at +1 415-391-6820 and request another return shipping authorization. All refund requests should be in writing via fax or email. Please note that any returned item should not showcase any signs of wear or tear, altered, engraved, resized or damaged this may result in strict failing of return policy, while products that are packaged improperly or products that are not insured will result in receipt rejection.
