Any of our purchased loose diamond (excluding lab grown diamonds) can be replaced with an equivalent credit to the original purchase price for a fresh or new diamond, but that new diamond should be at least 50% or 2X or greater value.

All graded diamonds purchased sell by us are eligible for free lifetime upgrading program. The upgrading diamond is acceptable only if it is in original or sellable condition and accompanied with original and reusable documentation (if you fail to return the original documents you will be charged). Colored gemstones, lab created diamonds, settings and jewelry are excluded from this upgrading program.

The credit of the upgrade is not included in tax or duty paid on the original purchase. All applicable taxes and duties will be charged on the overall selling price of the new diamond before any credit is applied. If the new or upgraded diamond cannot be set in your original engagement ring setting, you have an option of exchange it for a precious metal credit as determined by our company. The free lifetime diamond upgrade program is applicable to all US and Canadian users. International upgrades may be appropriate on a particular basis.
